WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL

We rely on whistleblowers to learn whether there are practices that violate the company’s ethical principles or involve the crimes set down in Law 20,393 and/or potential fraud. We can then take action to prevent those practices and/or report them to the Public Prosecutor, if necessary. The Whistleblower Channel is managed by the Crime Prevention Officer, who will accompany whistleblowers until the end of the process.

REPORTABLE SITUATIONS INCLUDE:

A violation of the Code of Ethics.

A violation of Law 20,393.

Violations of the Free Competition Law.

Failure to abide by the principles and values of the organization (fraud).
